We believe planning an event should feel straightforward. Below are answers to the questions we hear most often, so you know exactly what to expect.
Accessibility
Wheelchair access is available through our rear entrance.
Bar Service
You're welcome to provide your own alcohol. All alcoholic beverages must be served by a licensed and insured bartending company.
Catering
To ensure a seamless event experience, catering must be provided by one of our approved caterers. Caterers are required to remain onsite throughout your event with serving and bussing staff.
Deposit & Payments
A 50% non-refundable deposit secures your date and is applied toward your rental balance. The remaining balance is due two weeks before your event.
Decorating
We encourage you to personalize the space while helping us preserve the venue.
Please note:

Event Access
Your rental includes 8 hours of access to the venue. All events conclude by midnight, and personal belongings should be removed before departure.
Music & Entertainment
Bing on Broad does not provide speakers or a sound system, giving you the flexibility to bring in the entertainment setup that best fits your celebration.
Parking
Complimentary street parking is available directly in front of Bing on Broad, as well as along Broad Avenue to the east and west of the venue.
Preferred Vendors
You're free to choose your own DJ, photographer, florist, baker, and other event professionals. We only require that catering be selected from our approved list.
Private Suite
A private suite is available for you to relax and prepare before your celebration.
Rentals
Rental items from outside vendors are welcome. Delivery and pickup must take place on the day of your event.
Setup & Cleaning
We'll take care of setting up and breaking down our tables and chairs, as well as cleaning the venue after your event. We simply ask that all personal belongings be removed before you leave.
Tables & Chairs
White Chiavari chairs and tables are included with every rental. We'll take care of the setup and breakdown for you.
